Consultancy

I frequently receive emails and letters asking for my advice and professional opinion on business projects and ideas.

For simple requests I am happy to provide a few lines of guidance and you can write to me any time at rachel@rachelelnaugh.com and I will be happy to help where I can free of charge.

I also offer six FREE hour long one-to-one advice sessions each month at the new Business & IP Centre at the British Library (next to St Pancras Station).  These sessions are typically 5x over subscribed but to get on the waiting list please do email Clare Harris at Clare.Harris@bl.uk.

I also undertake a limited number of full consultancy projects each year where businesses feel they could benefit from my one-to-one advice.

I have found that a 3 month intensive involvement is the most effective route where I will help you develop your business plan and in particular your brand/marketing strategy. I will also assist in helping you raise appropriate finance for your business if necessary - together with any other contacts which may be necessary from my extensive business address book. I also offer all my consultancy clients ongoing mentoring by phone/email for a year thereafter plus 12 months' free access to my online business coaching service and priority invitations to all my Mastermind Group events and networking meetings.

I normally charge £5,000 + VAT for a full consultancy project payable 50% on acceptance of the assignment and 50% at the end of the three month period.

To request my involvement in your business on a consultancy basis please email me at rachel@rachelelnaugh.com .

Regards,

Rachel

TESTIMONIAL

“With Rachel’s help in 2008 we re-branded the business and my thinking about the potential really started to open up.  From being a loss making business, turnover more than doubled by the end of 2008 and we finally came into profit after five years of determined effort.  We now have distributors around the world including Australia, New Zealand, India, Denmark and Ireland and are on target to generate £1million turnover in 2009.  I’ve now invited Rachel to join the Board in return for an equity stake to help us manage our growth.”

“When Rachel agreed to help the business it was the best thing that’s ever happened to me.  She’s step changed the business by giving me focus and direction and making us think like an international brand.  She’s precise, clear, gutsy and to the point and it’s easy to see how she developed her own business Red Letter Days into a market leader.”
