Mentoring
When I look back over my own entrepreneurial journey, some of the key step changes in my business happened when I engaged the help of a more experienced guide to help and inspire me. Indeed I still have a variety of coaches currently helping me on my journey.
I am now in the privileged position to be asked by others to act as their mentor, and each year I agree to act as mentor to a small number of entrepreneurs.

I have found that the best way to kick off a mentoring relationship is to spend a two to three hour one-to-one session with you at your place of business (even if this is at your home!) to really get to understand you and your business, so that I can be much more effective in giving you meaningful help and guidance.
I then offer you ongoing mentoring by phone and email, plus a quarterly catch up meeting. I have found it works better to let you guide this process, as there will be times in your journey when you need lots of input and support, and other periods when you will be happily flying!
My one-to-one mentoring costs an initial £5,000 + VAT for the initial meeting and first three months’ mentoring support, and then £500 per month thereafter, payable quarterly in advance. You can continue the mentoring relationship for as little or as long as you wish (although I do reserve the right to terminate the relationship after one year should I feel the energy is not working between us).
