Mentoring
When I look back over my own entrepreneurial journey, some of the key step changes in my business happened when I engaged the help of an older, more experienced guide to help and inspire me. I am now in the privileged position to be asked by others to act as their mentor, and each year I agree to act as mentor to a small number of entrepreneurs.
I have found that the best way to kick off a mentoring relationship is to spend a day with you to really get to understand you and your business, so that I can be much more effective in giving you meaningful help and guidance.
My next mentoring workshop will be held on 16 September 2008 from 9.30am to 5pm at the Business & IP Centre at the British Library, next to St Pancras Station, London - there are only three places on this workshop to ensure I can give you individual attention. I then offer you 12 months' mentoring by phone and email, as much or as little as you need - within reason! I have found it works better to let you guide this process, as there will be times in your journey when you need lots of input and support, and other periods when you will be happily flying!
The year's mentoring (including the workshop) costs £2500 + VAT if you have been in business three years or more, or £1500 + VAT if you are at start up stage/your business is less than three years old.
